Transformed fine-grained snow and old snow from -1 C to -22 C (30 F to -7 F)

A durable base wax for all hard waxes in colder conditions than -1 C (30 F). To be used when the snow has been transformed (granular) and the wear on the wax is high. Rub on and iron in with a waxing iron (110 C/230 F). Cork smooth. Base wax is much easier to apply when it is cold. Store it in the fridge or in the snow before application.
